ECONOMIC AND LEGAL PLATFORM OF SOFTWARE VENDOR FUNCTIONING IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the economic and legal analysis of arising relations within software development sphere, sales or the implementation services. The authors analyze the CRM-systems essence. Based on the statistical database, the activity of Top-50 software developers with the parent company in Ukraine was analyzed to compare their business models and structure of creating and transferring process. The relationship’s components which are going to appear within the software creation and transfer sphere are determined in accordance with four business models. The vendor definition is given.
