Economic Factors of the Increase of the Labor Force Efficiency in Construction

Abstract
The aim of the article is to study the effectiveness of industrial labor force and direction of its growth. The quantitative and qualitative factors of labor were considered, factors of productivity and its increase were analyzed. Production workforce act as the main categories of operating personnel required for full production and economic activity. Also the examples of calculations of the number of employees were presented. As a result of analysis, systematization and generalization of scientific works of scientists the groups and classification of quantitative and qualitative factors of labor were examined. Results of the study allow to make a scientific statement that the balance of quantitative and qualitative factors of labor is the basis for improvement of the enterprise and ensure its competitiveness in the market.
