ECONOMIC METHODS OF PUBLIC REGULATION OF INVESTMENT PROCESSES IN RESIDENTIAL BUILDING

Abstract
The article deals with the peculiarities of the application of economic methods of state regulation of investment processes in the field of housing construction in modern conditions, in particular, the tax mechanism; depreciation policy; pricing systems; provision of financial assistance; the economic policy of the state concerning qualitative updating, accumulation and formation of human capital. It is noted that the key element of the market exit from the state of depressive stability should be the strengthening of the stimulating role of economic methods of regulation, as well as the creation of an effective mechanism of competition in the markets of contract work.
