Economic-organizational bases of small and medium business quality development

Abstract
Economic and organizational components of business quality development are defined in article. Socio-economic analysis of business in Ukraine and in world arena is carried through Doing business research. Indicators improvement of Ukraine in rating Doing business is found through the implementation of mechanisms for combating corruption, reforming of judicial system, the completion of law enforcement reform and formation of anti-corruption agencies. Mechanisms for ensuring business quality development within public administration are proposed, among which should be highlighted provision on basis of existing network of employment methodological assistance in starting businesses, using the experience to create conditions for development of creative industries and development at national and regional competitions in form of public competition between own business projects to obtain funding.
