ECONOMIC SANCTIONS PART III: EUROPIAN UNION LAW

Abstract

The article is devoted to the process of acceptance and realization of economic sanctions by the states-members of the EU. Practical interest of this thesis is attracted by sui generis legal order of the EU, by a distribution of authority during economic sanctions legitimation and by maintenance of freedom of actions of every state-member. Special attention is payed to the implementation of resolutions the UNO in the supranational legislation of the EU.
