ECONOMIC SYSTEMS IN THE SOCIO-CULTURAL SPACE

Abstract
Introduction. The culture serves as the space of attractiveness of an innovative and paradigm project of the social and economic development. The objective is to identify the preconditions of bifurcation implementation of institutional inclusiveness of economic systems’ social and cultural fluctuation in the field of attractiveness. Methods. The following methods are used: system and synergetic analysis, fractal ontology and noumenal-retrospective projectism. Results. The current issues of economic systems’ functioning in the mode of socio-cultural dynamics are considered. The economic system is defined as a set of paternal practices in the field of a paternal project of social reflection. The following results are received: the entropic process of the social and cultural dynamics of economic systems in the form of patern-simulacra is identified and this process mechanism is made clear, which leads to systems’ homeostasis; the bifurcation of social and cultural fluctuations and the development of economic systems are explained due to the implementation of innovative and paradigm projects by means of cognitive, religious and aesthetic core covers of the paternal matrix of a civilization; the futuro-synergetic project of the sixth technological structure of NVIS-convergence is treated as a paternal project of the noo-economy of ideation culture. Discussion. The prospect of this research is to clarify historical, mental, social and cultural, spiritual and intellectual preconditions of the possibility of establishing the noo-economy of ideation culture in the realities of Ukraine.
