EDUCATION IN UKRAINE AS A PLEDGE OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMICS DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
Let’s analyses Ukrainian higher education system in the years of independence. It is revealed that today in Ukraine it is necessary to make an elaborate research politics in the field of the development of the human resources and balanced investments in the human capital. Education acts as one of the most definitive types of the state investments in the development of its own citizens. The quality of this education influences not only the outlook of development of Ukraine, but also the improvement of the living stan¬dard in the country, as a consequence. It is proved that the mature educational reform in Ukraine poses as bounden and unavoidable.
