EDUCATIONAL AND LABOUR MIGRATION OF EDUCATED YOUTH AS THE TREND OF MODERNITY: A SOCIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS

Abstract
Within the limits of this article, with the standpoint of sociological science, the social phenomenon of educational and labor migration of educated young people, in particular its typical causes, driving forces and factors of influence, is considered. It is emphasized that the realities of a modern globalized world presuppose its division into developed and peripheral countries, as a result of which the firsts are highly attractive to educated young people from peripheral countries, where they lack the resources to meet their needs and realization of their own ambitions, or prospects for obtaining that social the status of which they can claim, taking into account of their intellectual potential. It is noted that in the current situation in Ukraine with its model of "peripheral capitalism", a significant part of educated youth is not only covered by foreign-migratory sentiment, but is already actively involved in educational and labor migration movements to developed countries, first of all to the European community countries.
