EDUCATIONAL INFLUENCE OF MUSIC ON FORMATION OF A STUDENT’S PERSONALITY: THEORETICAL ASPECT

Abstract

This article is devoted to the problem of educational influence of music on the identity formation of students in higher education. By relying on the results of theoretical analysis, the author suggests different approaches to the interpretation of the concept of «educational influence», reveals the function of music and its role in the development of the individual student distinguishes music a special place in the formation of spiritual culture of personality. Among means of education of children and young people attach a great importance is attached to music. Educating future specialists depends on many means of educational influence. It is distinguished such pproaches to the definition of «educational influence», «pedagogical influence». An effective way of implementing of educational potential of music is to use intonation features as a form of social consciousness characteristic of the music of mechanisms of influence on personality; recognizing the priority of perception as the basis of the creative process in understanding and interpretation of art, forms of display active attitude towards art and reality. Formation of vocal-performance culture of students is an urgent task of musical and pedagogical education and an important condition for the development of their spirituality. In the context of modern concepts of education and training essentially put forward new requirements to existing criteria evaluating the effectiveness of training future professionals. Therefore, to universities, the goal is not only high-quality training of future specialists to perform professional functions, but also their personal and spiritual development, the core of which is the high level of general culture, moral and aesthetic development of the individual. An important component of music as a means of educational influence on the individual, is the musical traditions (an element of folk music), which is a special form of mastering reality, most intimate and subtle state of soul. Elements of problem-based learning have been successfully used in the teaching of subjects performing cycle: the student must independently recreate the image of the work, find ways of implementation and performance of others. Problem situation includes conditions based on the need to carry out such actions, in which there is a need for new cognitive method or action; unknown, that must be disclosed in the problematic situation that has arisen; student opportunities in the implementation of the task in the analysis of conditions and the opening of the unknown. So, for the successful implementation of tasks of individual educational influence it is required clear planning of educational work, taking into account the individual characteristics and the expected results of educational influence (individual project). This allows you to guide the process of education to coordinate all educational measures to deepen and expand the aims and objectives of education, change the trajectory of impact, depending on the specific characteristics of individual pupils. Availability of each (or at least educationally neglected) student does individual work pedagogically appropriate, purposeful. So, music is one of the most affordable and effective means of educational influence on personality. It should be noted that it has its own specifics. Perception of music is not from general to private, and from the personal to the universal, from ideas to feelings and emotions of the representations. In this regard, music, language understood as a specific personal state of man and perceive it as a lyrical process in human life. When she learns the world around us, not only includes those activities thought processes, it evokes feelings and emotions through which reveals itself and its relationship to the world. The influence of music on the versatile development and identity formation is ensured by the close relationship of aesthetic education of moral, mental and physical.The purpose of the implementation of the educational influence of music on the individual is bringing to the musical culture in general. The influence of music on the formation of personality, creativity and development activities are enormous. Music, like any art, can affect the comprehensive development of the individual, encourage moral and ethical and aesthetic experiences lead to conversion to active environmental thinking. General music education must meet the basic requirements: be universal, covering all people and all-round, harmonious develop all aspects of the individual.
