Abstract
The paper deals with the issues of cassation review in civil cases effectiveness. On the basis of national legislation, judicial practice and the civil process theory analysis, the author clarifies the essence and content of the court decisions in civil cases cassation review effectiveness. The author suggests the new concept of effectiveness of cassation review in civil cases.
