Efekty pomocy publicznej na restrukturyzację PKS w Ostrowcu Świętokrzyskim

Abstract
Artykuł w syntetycznym ujęciu zawiera ocenę zmian sytuacji ekonomicznej PKS w Ostrowcu Świętokrzyskim S.A. w latach 2010-2012, która doprowadziła spółkę do ograniczenia zdolności konkurowania na rynku transportowym. Spowodowało to konieczność ubiegania się przez zarząd spółki o pomoc finansową publiczną na restrukturyzację. W artykule omówiono zakres otrzymanej pomocy, plan restrukturyzacji spółki oraz jego realizację w latach 2012-2015 i uzyskane efekty. W końcowej części artykułu sformułowano rekomendacje, które mogą przyczynić się do poprawy funkcjonowania PKS w Ostrowcu Świętokrzyskim.
