Effect of Cyclophosphamide in Histological Features of Cerebrum in Chick Embryos
Journal Title: International Scientific Research Organization Journal - Year 2016, Vol 1, Issue 9
Abstract
Cyclophosphamide is an Alkylating Agent and it comes under the category of Nitrogen Mustards, which is used commonly in the treatment different types of Cancers or Carcinomas or Neoplasms (Goodman and Gilman 9th edition 1996).It was synthesized and Introduced in the year 1854 and its properties were elaborately observed and described by 1887. Cyclophosphamide is administered in the treatment of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemias, Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, Non-Hodgkin’s, Lymphoma, Multiple Myeloma, Neuroblastoma, Breast Cancer etc. It is also a potent Immuno Suppressive Drug. It has been used for the Control of Organ Rejection after Transplantation, Wegner’s Granulamatosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Nephrotic Syndrome in Children. In the present study fertilized eggs were administered with Cyclophosphamide and histological features of Cerebrum were studied after 20 days. Cyclophosphamide cytotoxicity results in reduction of multiplication of cell activity associated with malformations and embryonic death. Injection of the drug causes decrease of mitotic activity which produces deformities.

Color Doppler Imaging and Glaucoma: Comparison of Doppler Waveform of Retrobulbar Vessels between a Glaucomatous Patient and a Healthy Subject
Ocular blood flow abnormalities are believed to play an important role in the pathogenesis of primary open angle glaucoma (POAG). For this reason the Colour Doppler Imaging (CDI) evaluation of the retrobulbar vessels is...
Modern Trends in Simulation Modeling of Contact Stress Pattern at the Wheel/Rail Interface - an Overview
This paper describes wheel/rail rolling contact through application of a three-dimensional finite element method under dynamic loading conditions. Dynamic behavior of the contact patch, when a wheel rolls on a rail at...

Introduction: Dengue is the most important arthropod-borne viral disease of public health significance. Dengue virus has been prevalent in the Indian subcontinent for the last 50 years and has become hyper-endemic with c...
COMMON FIXED POINT THEOREMS USING PROP. (E.A) IN COMPLEX VALUED b Metric SPACES
Azam et al. [3] introduced the notion of complex valued metric space and obtained a common fixed point result for mappings satisfying rational inequality in this space. Czerwik [9] proved a contraction theorem in b-metri...
Dual Theory of Relativity
Considering the relative nature of time, I report on situation where moving clocks run fast. This is significant because in my imaginary experiment, Rest-Frame observer, as an experimenter, collects experiment’s start an...
