EFFICIENCY FAIRY TALE8THERAPY AS A MEANS OF SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL ADJUSTMENT OF CHILDREN WITH CANCER DISEASE AT THE STAGE OF HOSPITAL TREATMENT

Abstract
Modern trends in cancer growth, orfannyh and other diseases that threaten life or reduce child confronts researchers and clinicians problem of human adaptation to the changed situation in life, particularly for incurable diseases. We investigated the effectiveness fairy tale&therapy social and psychological support children with cancer disease preschool and primary school age in the stage of hospital treatment. In human&environment system solving crisis situations usually achieved by two types of adaptation & allopsyhic and intrapsychological, implemented by external conditions (reorganization of the environment in the desired direction by active or her actions following the withdrawal of adverse conditions) or internal (modification of plants and value orientations personality reoriyentatsiya behavior). The analysis also allowed literature to justify the choice of psychodiagnostic tools that focus on the actual mental state of a sick child, as well as its health and performance anxiety. To determine the actual psychological state children with cancer disease we attracted method of diagnostics of basic parameters mental status test M. Luscher test anxiety for four&seven&year child and methods of diagnosis health, activity and mood. At the time of application fairy tale&therapy, participants in the experimental group study most optimized level research indicators, including indicators of anxiety, mood and the main characteristics of current mental state. Using statistical Mann&Whitney practically confirmed competing hypothesis of the study, namely: the results of the control and experimental groups was significantly different as a result of fairy tale&therapy inpatient stage of treatment children with cancer disease. Experimental study on fairly significant level fairy tale&therapy confirmed the effectiveness of measures within stationary treatment period children with cancer disease.
