Efficiency of human resources management in the terminological and methodological aspect

Abstract
In the conditions of environment turbulences it is postulated to replace the traditional system of efficiency assessment, based exclusively on financial measures being of resultant character and a future reference through a new experience. It assumes capturing all possible efficiency dimensions and extending its traditional research scope by non-financial factors and measures as well as non-material ones, e.g. social, moral, spiritual, ecological, determining the way and cycle of an enterprise's operations as a technical and social system in the environment. The new approach fulfils the condition of a multi-aspect attitude to researching the efficiency problem and is able to reflect complex, sectional operations of a company and their results. Therefore it is necessary to direct all task-based areas of an enterprise, i.e. also the area of human resources management to pro-effective actions. In relation with the above, the aim of the article is to present the complexity of the subject matter of human resources management efficiency in the terminological and methodological aspects.
