Egzekucja przez zarząd „para pago” w prawie hiszpańskim / Execution by the Administration “Para Pago” in Spanish Law

Abstract
This article deals with the measure of executing money judgments in Spanish enforcement law – administration “para pago”. This is an alternative measure of executing to judicial sale. In historical development, this institution was also in the old law on civil proceedings from 1881, and then moved to the current law of 2000, with the new legal form. The essence of the administration “para pago” is to satisfy claims on the proceeds of the debtor's assets, which were court seized during the execution. Spanish law solutions are interesting from the point of view of Polish law execution by the receivership over the debtor’s enterprise or farm.
