Eigenvalues of diffusion operators and Prime numbers
Journal Title: Cumhuriyet Science journal - Year 2017, Vol 38, Issue 3
Abstract
In this paper, the relationship between the positive eigenvalues of diffusion operators and prime numbers is investigated. We also propose a Sturm-Liouville problem with Coulomb singularity that shows eigenvalues the distribution of prime numbers.

Effects of Quartic Wave-Vectors on Continuum Model of Phosphorene
Phosphorene is the monolayer structures of black phosphorous. Its low-energy physics can be described by continuum model in the scheme of k∙p theory. Validity of energy range for this model can be improved by extra terms...
DFT/TDDFT Analysis of [Mn(CO)3(bpy)L]X Type Complexes with Benzimidazole Derivative Ligands
Metal carbonyl complexes which have used as a safe storing and controllable transporting agent for carbon monoxide have led to increase in interest after the carbon monoxide molecule is not only toxic but also therapeuti...
Comprehension of Road Traffic Signs by Various Road Users in Kano City
Human perception of the information on the road signs is a critical factor in determining the safe use of both the vehicle and the interacting environment. A total of 30 road traffic signs which includes10-warning, 10-re...
Comparison of Data Transfer Performance of BitTorrent Transmission Protocols
BitTorrent, one of the distributed file sharing protocols, is regarded as one of the first examples of decentralized Internet philosophy and is among the important research areas in this context. TCP was initially used a...
Flexural Behavior of Graphene Nanoplatelets Reinforced Cross-Ply E-glass/epoxy Laminated Composite Materials
In this study, the effect of graphene nanoplatelets reinforcement on the flexural strength of E-glass/epoxy laminated composite material was investigated experimentally. [0⁰/90⁰]3S oriented composite materials with and w...
