ЕКОЛОГО-ГІГІЄНІЧНА ОЦІНКА БЕЗПЕКИ ХАРЧОВИХ ПРОДУКТІВ ПРОМИСЛОВОГО РЕГІОНУ ЗА ВМІСТОМ РАДІОНУКЛІДІВ

Abstract
The researches of radioactive substances content in the main food groups of the Dnipropetrovsk region are done. It was revealed that 90Sr and 137Cs radionuclide content in the main food groups did not exceed the existing permissible levels. The main sources of 137Cs and 90Sr are fish and fish products, bakery products, vegetables and fruits. Among all studied groups the least polluted in the radiation plan are milk and dairy products. However, cheese is more harmful than milk, since in the process of its production, the content of radionuclides, especially 137Cs, increases by 1.6 times. The highest content of radionuclides contains potatoes, the content of radioactive substances in other vegetables depends on the intensity of their coloring.
