Експертно-аналітична функція менеджера шкільної освіти

Abstract

The article describes the content of the expert-analytical function of the school education manager and its significance in the managerial work of the head of the educational institution. It was clarified that the contents of the expert-analytical function includes examination of the quality of school education in general and the quality of educational activity of the institution in particular. The analysis of recent researches on the essence of management expertise was carried out. It is determinedthat most scientists associate the content aspect of this function with the control and analytical activity of the head. Therefore, theoretical knowledge and practical skills related to the use of expert-analytical function are not yet sufficiently investigated in pedagogical theory and practice. It is determined that the expert assessment of the manager is a result of scientific and pedagogical expertise, professionally grounded judgment of the school education manager about the quality of the object of expertise. The basic types of pedagogical analysis are structured and the principles of analytical activity of the manager of school education are determined. Among them: systematic relevance, modernity, objectivity, flexibility, alternative to completeness and continuity. It is determined that the concept of «expert-analytical function» has entered into the scientific content of pedagogy with the activation of experimental and experimental activity in educational institutions. It is revealed that the effectiveness of management activity is largely determined by the fact that the head of the school has an expert-analytical function. The influence of the expert-analytic function on the managerial decision is considered.
