Ekstrakcja micelarna cymetydyny

Abstract
W pracy przedstawiono procedurę ekstrakcji micelarnej cymetydyny (CMT) w celu efektywnego jej wydzielenia z próbki wodnej. Badany związek należy do grupy leków przeciwhistaminowych i jest szeroko stosowany w terapii schorzeń układu pokarmowego. W przeprowadzonych badaniach, ekstrakcję micelarną CMT przeprowadzono z udziałem dwóch surfaktantów: dodecylosiarczanu-(VI) sodu (SDS) oraz Tween-u 80 (TW-80). Wyznaczono parametry analityczne spektrofotometrycznych metod oznaczania cymetydyny w zakresie UV. Opracowane procedury zastosowano do sprawdzenia obecności badanego analitu w próbkach naturalnych.
