EL DIAGNÓSTICO SOCIAL COMO APORTE AL PERITAJE FORENSE: TENDENCIAS AL 2020

Abstract
Although the expert investigation determines the reasons that affect the condition of the person after the damage because of the crime, the investigation must be carried out with a specific methodology of sources that allow the expert to base his intervention, therefore, guide the judge objectively in the judicial process. The methodology allows improving the process, reducing errors, avoiding biases in practice, reducing intervention times, scientific justification and non-revictimization; Bearing in mind that violence and robbery crimes against people in Ecuador will diminish before the year 2020, in addition, the professional obligation demands to debate on the scientific and technical function in forensic social assessment that determines the factors that affect violence and its consequence; the results will guide the judge to the restitution of a violated human right.
