ELECTION PR-TECHNOLOGIES AS AN INSTRUMENT FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS IN PUBLIC SPHERE: CHARACTERISTICS OF EXISTING APPROACHES

Abstract

The article considers the goals, forms and means of implementation of election campaigning. The tools of its diverse are political PR-technologies. The author examines the existing approaches to the classification of political PR-technologies, provides a description of these technologies with the allocation of political and psychological pre-election and electoral technologies. A separate emphasis is placed on new micro technologies that have a psychological effect on the voters’ consciousness.
