ELECTRONIC EVIDENCE IN THE ECONOMIC PROCESS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the state of economic procedure al legislation in the field of regulating the use of electronic evidence. The concept of evidence and the problems of using electronic in the economic process are defined. The most optimal ways of eliminating the disadvantages of providing electronic evidence and fur the ruse in the trial are given.
