ELECTRONIZATION OF APOSTILLATION OF DOCUMENTS ON EDUCATION AS ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE: PROBLEMS AND FUTURE POSSIBILITIES

Abstract
The article analyzes using information technology in the provision of apostillation of documents on education and scientific achievements as administrative service for their validityabroad. It is specified the importance of international experience of the countries, which successfully implemented and operating electronic Registers of Apostilles and the system checks the validity of documents via Internet. The focus is placed to the role of the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine and its structural units as procedural participants of apostillation of documents on education as administrative service.
