Abstract
In this scientific article, the concept of the administrative and legal status of public councils in executive bodies is disclosed. Author’s definition of the concept of the legal status of the body, institution is proposed. The signs and peculiarities of the administrative and legal status of public councils in executive bodies are dismissed.
