EMPLOYMENT OF MEDICAL WORKERS FROM THREE COUNTRIES IN SLOVAKIA

Abstract
A practitioner who has been trained in third countries may practice a medical profession in Slovakia only after recognizing a professional qualification. The process of recognizing professional qualifications is extremely difficult in the current environment. As soon as a professional qualification is recognized, a health worker must pass a Slovenian language examination. An employer can hire a third-country medical professional for the medical profession after successfully recognizing the recognition process, as well as after obtaining a temporary residence permit for the purpose of employment.
