ENERGY SECURITY – A MAJOR STRATEGIC STAKE

Abstract

The ability of a state to use its resources so that it could infl uence the international relations in its own benefi t illustrates the actuality of the fact that any state will make use of all its resources at hand, including energy, in order to impose its will and to control the actions of other actors with a view to fulfi lling its own goals.
