ENERGY SECURITY OF THE STATE AND REGIONS: SOME REGULATORY AND LEGAL ASPECTS

Abstract
Energy security (EnB) is one of the most important components of national security, relations between all participants EnB should be in the legal field that is to be backed by applicable law without the possibility of two interpretations. This requires the establishment of comprehensive energy law on energy policy, which has a system to regulate the requirements for the energy security of Ukraine and determine the legal mechanisms of support; Planning the development of regional energy should be central and regional authorities on the basis of development promising programs for social and economic development of each region and country.
