Enterprise personnel security assessment modelling on higher education industry data

Abstract
The critical importance of the personnel security issues of enterprises has determined the relevance of applied research on personnel security assessment. It was conducted on the basis of author's assessment methodology, which includes a methodical approach to personnel security assessment, sets of indicators and personnel security risks, based on the theoretical concepts of the concept, as well as the questionnaire on personnel security assessment. The used author's methodology of enterprise personnel security assessment provides an ability to manage personnel security according to strategic and tactical tasks of enterprise, and outlines the boundaries of such management. When it is applied in industry level, it is possible to draw conclusions not only about current personnel security state in industry, but also about dynamics of the process and key leveraging components. As a result of the simulation of personnel security on the example of higher education institutions, basic assumptions about the validity and reliability of the personnel security assessment questionnaire based on qualitative indicators were proved, as well as practical conclusions were obtained regarding personnel security in the field of higher education. As a result of personnel security modeling, the author's theoretical and methodological complex on personnel security assessment (methodical approach to human security assessment, a set of indicators and personnel security risks, on the basis of theoretical concepts of the concept, as well as a questionnaire as a test) was tested on the data of the educational industry (institutions of higher education) as an application tool for assessing personnel security. The result of the assessment of the state and dynamics of personnel security in the field of higher education was obtained: the strengthening of the destabilization and violation of personnel balance in the industry was confirmed, leading components were identified, which determine and enhance the dynamics of the process.
