Environmental training program for members of the Board of Internal Unit of the Prison Kilo 9 Camagüey

Abstract
The objective of this article is to propose an environmental training program for members of the Board of Internal Unit of the Prison Kilo 9 Camagüey. For this, methods of theoretical and analytical-synthetic and inductive-deductive were used to establish the theoretical and methodological foundations, while empirical methods such as interview, survey and observation made it possible to detect the main cognitive and procedural target group inadequacies. Their roles as promoters of environmental culture and its possible impact on peer education are defined. In the structure of the proposed program specific objectives are contemplated, seven themes, methodological guidelines and references for their development. This criterion was valued by experts as quite adequate, so it is appropriate for introduction into practice.
