Abstract
The article analyzes the issues of the beginning of criminal proceedings about criminal actions with information, which constitute commercial or banking secret. Previously, the existence of a stage of excitation of criminal case in criminal proceedings of Ukraine contributed to the findings by law enforcement that a crime took place. This gave the opportunity to start the legal procedure required for investigating such cases. So, after appropriate verification, began a criminal process. But now the opportunity is lost. That is, the stage of excitation of criminal case in criminal proceedings of Ukraine is currently lacking. Scientific-practical comments of the current Criminal procedure code determine only the question of registration of statements and messages on criminal offenses in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations. It is associated with the beginning of criminal proceedings. The criminal procedure code and other normative legal acts appropriately reglementary the order of interaction between the members of the investigative team. Very important is the competence of the investigator and the operative worker shall not be violated as a side sldara and operational worker. The article defines the features of the domestic legislative support to start criminal proceedings on the criminal actions with information, which constitute commercial or banking secret. From the introduction of modern methods of investigation of stability in the functioning of the economic security of the state and the possibility of its further development.
