Essense, types, functions and features of banking innovations

Abstract
This article explores the essence of banking innovations based on scientific researches, which were performed during the XXI century. We presented classification of banking innovations and justified their necessity for banking services market. Also in this article some features of banking innovations in the development of the domestic banking activity and suggested areas of improvement were determined.
