Estimation of Welded Manufacturing Operation Times with Matlab Artificial Neural Networks

Abstract
Artificial neural network is a computer program that influences decision-making processes inspired by the human brain. In this study, the durations of the welded manufacturing operations of a company that made outsource production by order using artificial neural networks were estimated. In the study, time studies that kept in the welded manufacturing of the company were used as data. As a result of the study, very close prediction values were obtained. Acceptance of the estimated time to produce in welded manufacturing of products depends on the error rate.Under 15% of the error rate, the study revealed that it is acceptable.
