ETHICAL RESPONSIBILITY: DANGER WAR AND ARMED CONFLICTS IN SOVREMENNOM MYRE

Abstract
The paper is concerned with global dangers faced by humanity as a result of military activity. The author comes to conclusion about necessity for a new philosophical and ethical paradigm, based on the principle of responsibility to its methodological significance for understanding of the risks associated with expansion of modern wars and armed conflicts. In context of military operations and development revealed the necessity of use principle responsibility as a new categorical imperative military professional ethics. The problem of war and peace has always been and is the most acute problem of mankind. The solution for this problem is mostly due to the policy of basic social forces of the present. In what way the world will develop? What measures need to be taken to prevent possible war? The answers to this questions depends the future of humanity. Continuous development of military activity entails changing ecosystems. Big harmful impact on them is covered in a problem of existence, and stockpiling of conventional weapons; astill big danger to ecology is constituted by weapons of mass destruction, especially nuclear. Destructive impact of military activity on the habitat human environment has many faces. Heavy damage of ecology is caused by wars, leaving a long-healing wounds. Acceptance of modern weapons and military equipment on arms involves the emergence of new forms and methods of its application, so the newest types of wars. The accumulation of environmental problems in the military sphere – a kind of time bomb that threatens the future of a person, considering a possibility of irreversibility of processes. Relevance of a subject amplifies the latest events occurring in Ukraine. The heroic defense of Ukraine’s independence, freedom and dignity has provided an impulse to revival and further search of new spiritual foundations and sources of human existence. Therefore, it becomes necessary to predict the future, taking into account the consequences that can be provided, but not to correct. Therefore, it becomes necessary to bring up a question of responsibility for consequences of military activities. The aggravated responsibility of military to the possibility of the future shall become a basis of modern military life.
