ETHNICITY IS IN THE PROCESSES OF CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE MULTINATIONAL SOCIETY OF UKRAINE

Abstract
In the process of the multinational Ukrainian society is a determining factor in people's awareness of their ethnic community, national values, language, territory and culture. The article highlights the concept of ethnicity as the main factor of national self Communities of Ukraine. The author of article determines the direction of social activity of civic organizations of ethnic communities. The process of ethno-cultural renaissance at the present stage in the country has acquired certain signs. The sense of belonging of ethnic communities to the development of statehood and culture contributes to the development of their own national dignity. The feeling of belonging to the ethnic communities of statehood and culture promotes the formation of their own national pride and patriotism.
