Evaluating Financial and Resource Conditions of Ensuring the Competitiveness of Air Transport Enterprises

Abstract
The article justifies the methodological basis for evaluation of financial and resource conditions of ensuring the competitiveness of air transport enterprises. It has been determined that the issuing activity of air transport enterprises is a condition ensuring their resource sufficiency, prospective profitability and competitiveness. It is proposed to use structural and dynamic analysis as the methodological basis for evaluating the results of issuing activities and future decision-making on financing by means of issuing corporate bonds by air transport enterprises as well as the measures on improvement of their competitiveness. There has been proved the expediency of using the variant analysis of leverage ratios at determining the capital structure of air transport enterprises that would provide their competitiveness.
