Journal Title: Engineering and Technology Journal - Year 2025, Vol 10, Issue 05

Abstract

Phu Binh is a midland district in the southern part of Thai Nguyen province, covering a total natural land area of 241.39 km². It is administratively divided into 20 commune-level units, including one town and 19 communes. In 2022, Phu Binh district met the new rural standards, with all 19 communes fulfilling the criteria. The district continued to focus on developing advanced new rural areas. The article employs a data collection method that combines field surveys with synthesis, statistical analysis, and comparison techniques to evaluate the results of implementing advanced new rural areas. The study evaluated and analyzed the results of infrastructure construction in 11 communes of Phu Binh district, with a focus on implementing advanced new rural areas during the 2021-2025 period. This includes transportation, irrigation and disaster prevention, electricity, education, culture, rural trade infrastructure, information and communication, and residential housing. The results of infrastructure construction in 11 communes have met the criteria for advanced new rural areas, providing a solid foundation for the locality to continue working towards this goal in the near future.
