EVALUATION OF ORGANIZATION OF THE MANAGEMENT IN ENTERPRISES

Abstract
. Clause is devoted to a question of an estimation of productivity of administrative activity on the basis of the approach which is based on the account of interests of different groups of economic agents of the enterprise. The specified approach is actual in crisis economic conditions as allows defining a degree of satisfaction and clients of the enterprise and the personnel, to estimate achievement of economic targets of owners of the enterprise, which is to define expediency of the further functioning. The purpose of the proposed methodological approach is to identify "bottlenecks" to remove the effects of which will increase the efficiency of operation management. Evaluation results are used to justify the need for measures to improve the organizational structure and process of business management, i.e. ensuring their development. The main source of information for this assessment is the accounting (financial) statements, data from the personnel, internal documents regulating the activities of managers. Stages of the evaluation indicated the following: 1. collection, systematization of data that form the basis of research information; 2. rapid assessment – determining the integral index of "coherence"; 3. comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of management activity – calculation of partial indicators for criteria: achieving the enterprise goals, streamlining management structures and relationships between departments, adaptability to changes in the environment, taking into account the interests of managers; 4. comparing the calculated values with those recommended; 5. decision on the need for adjustment, aimed at improving the performance of the organization structure and management process. The proposed indicators are balanced information model that fully covers the essential characteristics of the assessment reflect in their entirety the existing modern approaches to understanding the nature of the effective functioning of the management activity. In clause for achievement of the purpose research is used the system approach, methods of theoretical generalization and formalization.
