Journal Title: مجلة البشائر الاقتصادية - Year 2015, Vol 1, Issue 1
Abstract
The study analyzes the economic recovery policy (2001 - 2014) in Algeria, and their contribution to achieving the economic growth rate, as well as its role in the development of non-oil exports through the use of the time series. during the period (2001-2010). The study adopted the descriptive and analytical approach to achieve the stated objectives and examine the quantitative relationship between research variables. The study concluded that the impact of the economic recovery on non-oil export policy is weak, as it was found that the oil sector still represents one of the main components of domestic crude oil production, in addition to of this there is a lack of effective economic stimulus programs implemented to achieve economic growth. The study recommended the importance of developing national institutions so that there will be a strong elasticity of the relative importance of domestic production to the demand generated by the economic recovery policy.
