Evaluation of Turkey’s Nuts II Based on Regional Areas in terms of Main Labor Indicatiors with Using Multi-Dimensional Measurement Analysis

Abstract
Turkey’s labor market is the impact on economic and socio-cultural structures are known to have gained increasing speed. Employment, unemployment and labor force constitute a significant part of the country's economic development indicators. Employment, unemployment and labor force are presented and resolved in a detailed format for interpreted in Turkey. In this study for 2016, to examine the locations of the labor sector between regions of Turkey; youth unemployment, women's employment, total unemployment, level of educational for unemployment and employment, participation of labor force, the participation of men in the labor force and starting of total employment are used like indicators. The study, which Turkey's regions in terms of similarities and differences between these variables was performed based on detecting show. Multidimensional Scaling Analysis was applied to these variables. Multidimensional scaling analysis has been under review the state of the labor market in Turkey with two and three dimensions. Findings have been identified for Turkey's between east-west and north-south provincial region’s large diffrences about employment, unemployment and labor force. One of the important findings is statistically and significantly difference between the southeast - east and north- western Turkey in terms of basic labor force indicators. In particular, due to its geopolitical location, the eastern regions have a rather disadvantageous position in labor force indicators. Located results seem to confirm the hypothesis will be effective on the basis of the geographical structure of the labor force in Turkey.
