Abstract
Features of the historical development of the concepts of personnel management of the enterprise are considered in the article. The basic laws of the behavioral concept of personnel management are presented. The aspects of human consideration at the enterprise are revealed. The characteristics of a person as an object of personnel management at the enterprise are shown. The evolution and genesis of the behavioral concept of personnel management of the enterprise are analyzed.
