Evolution of Social Media as an Innovative Educational Tool

Abstract
The current education system in the country both at school and university level is going through a transitional phase. A phase where there is similar to the game of ‘Tug of War’ where the traditional methods are seem to push students from studies due to dull and boring teaching methodology whereas the new fast evolving social media is pulling students as it is engaging, interactive and interesting for students. So working on the pull factor of social media the curriculum across the country are integrating it with their system so as to generate interest among 21st century students. So we now need to identify that how social media has evolved as an innovative educational tool?
