Existența unor percepții diferite între crimele gulerelor albe și crimele gulerelor albastre

Abstract
The distinction between white collar and blue collar crime is an important one for police and for criminologists. Most researchers had studied deterrence within the context of street crime, even less is known about the factors that relate to sanction threat perceptions for white-collar crime. Article examines differences between street crime and white-collar crime. This article will deal with the phenomenon of the main differences between white collar and blue collar crime. It paves the way for represent comprehensive research’s which compares the difference between the two types of crimes through the subjects as the crimes definitions, the punishment, the deterrence etc.
