EXPERIENCE IN REFORMING THE ORGANIZATION AND ACTIVITIES OF THE POLICE IN THE POST-SOCIALIST MEMBER STATES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

Abstract
The article describes the experience of reforming the law enforcement system, in particular the police in the post-socialist countries that are now members of the European Union.The possible ways of implementing the European experience for an effective and successful process of adapting national legislation and the police in accordance with foreign standards of activity are considered.
