Abstract
The increase in the amount of debt is observed not only in developing countries that are not enough financial resourses, but also these cases have in a number of developed countries, such as the United States, Japan, and the United States. Therefore, effective management of public debt and its direct reduction remains one of the main priorities of public debt policy.
