Explanation and Satisfaction Survey of the Policyholders in the Employer's Civil Liability Insurance for the Employees

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to explain and survey the policyholders' satisfaction level in the employer's civil liability insurance for the employees. Method: The study is of the correlation-descriptive type. The statistical population is 1580 Iran Insurance customers in Fars province. Therefore, a sample of 310 people was determined according to Morgan's table, and the questionnaires were distributed by a convenience non-random sampling method. In this study, the insurance services are an independent variable and the policyholder's satisfaction is the dependent variable. Instrument: A researcher-made questionnaire (2017) was used in this regard. The content validity of the questionnaires was established and the reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. For data analysis, factor analysis and structural equation modeling were used in SPSS software. Conclusion: The results of the study showed that the insurance services provided have a significant effect on the policyholders' satisfaction of the employer's civil liability insurance policy for the employees of the Iran Insurance Joint-stock Company. Advertising, suitable place, employees' quality and skill, insurance policy issuance, services price, support, payment quality and perception have a significant effect on the policyholders' satisfaction of the employer's civil liability insurance policy for the employees of the Iran Insurance Joint-stock Company.
