Exploring the Impact of Emotional Intelligence on Entrepreneurial Characteristics of Graduate Students in Payam Noor University (PNU), West Tehran

Abstract

The study population includes all master students in the PNU, West Tehran branch. The sample size was obtained 229 by the limited population formula. The sample members were selected using simple random sampling. The results show that self-awareness, self-regulation, self motivation and communication skills have an impact on the entrepreneurial characteristics. Moreover, emotional intelligence affects entrepreneurial characteristics by 68 percent.
