Extensive Genital Warts in an Immunocompromised Host

Abstract

45 year old male presented to us with lesions in the genital area since 3 months. There was history of promiscuous sexual behaviour. He had lost seven kilos of weight during the past 4 months. Examination revealed multiple painless bumps in the genital area including root of penis and scrotum.
