Facteurs De Réussite Du Processus D'essaimage: Cas Des Entreprises Tunisiennes

Abstract
Le soutien accordé par l‟entreprise mère s‟avère également être nécessaire pour la réussite du processus d‟essaimage qu‟il soit matériel, technique, social ou psychologique. L‟assistance de la société mère constitue un soutien au créateur lui permettant de combler les besoins et les faiblesses du projet et d‟essayer de les réduire afin de faire réussir le processus. L‟entreprise essaimante, peut consacrer un budget régulier pour les aides matérielles et l‟appel à des spécialistes pour l‟assistance techniques. Une étude empirique portant sur 52 observations réparties sur toute la Tunisie entre décembre 2013 et début février 2014 a montré qu‟il serait mieux de recourir à la forme PME dans la création des entreprises. Le soutien avancé par l‟entreprise mère est également utile pour la réussite du processus d‟essaimage qu‟il soit matériel, technique, social ou psychologique. L‟entreprise essaimante, peut consacrer un budget régulier pour les aides matérielles et l‟appel à des spécialistes pour l‟assistance technique.
