Facteurs Motivationnels De Choix D’une Marque De Véhicule Par Les Habitants De Goma

Abstract

With the many proposals that are available today in the automotive market, it has become very difficult to choose a car rationally. Before starting your research, it is important to know your needs. This article proposes to study the determinants of the choice of a vehicle brand of Goma. A questionnaire was designed and administered to a sample of vehicle owners found in the city of Goma. A non-probabilistic survey of convenience was used and we obtained 50 usable responses. The data from our survey was processed using SPSS software. Through modeling, the results show that the important factors in choosing a vehicle brand in the city of Goma according to the order of preference are: the Brand; the state of the vehicle; the Transport Facility; the purchase price; the availability of spare parts; Easy maintenance; Adaptation to road infrastructures; the luxurious character; comfort and stability; Number of seats (seats); the engine power; the Model and the Speed
