Factor analysis of the economic security indicators of the machine building complex of the country

Abstract
Introduction. Under unfavorable market environment enterprises constantly have to decide on the survival and protection from the effects of threats. There are quite a lot of the factors and they all influence differently on the enterprise. Consequently while operation of the enterprises, owners and managers have to adapt to the emergence of these negative phenomena and take measures for their prevention, harmlessness or neutralization. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to identify and systematize all factors that affect the enterprise nowadays and require from the enterprise to establish an effective system of economic security. The main objective is to identify and systematize the internal and external factors affecting the machine-building enterprises and creating a system of their economic security. Research Methodology. The theoretical basis of the paper is fundamental tenets of economic theory and management theory. To achieve this goal, the following methods have been used: dialectical method of knowledge – to study the nature and principles of impacts on the economic security of the enterprise; theoretical generalization and comparison – the development of conceptual apparatus; systematic and logical – for theoretical generalizations and drawing conclusions. Research results. The main result of the study is author’s definition and systematization of all indicators that influence on the enterprise in modern conditions and require from the company to establish an effective system of economic security, allow to form a complex of actions, build strategy and tactics of machine building enterprise in modern conditions. Conclusions. Thus, the development of mechanical engineering under the influence of various factors is not predictable, not for plans and programs that are formed by governments in order to meet needs in industrial production and the requirements of the globalizing world economy. Despite the negative trends observed in the industry and in the mechanical engineering, there is confidence that they can be changed into positive.
